  • Communication Records: Emails, support tickets, and other correspondence between you and our team.

  • Paddle: Our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment information, handles tax compliance, and manages transaction-related communications. Paddle's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel: Our hosting and infrastructure provider. Vercel processes technical data necessary to deliver our website.
  • Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Supabase stores account information and product data on our behalf.
  • Cloudflare R2: Our file storage provider for product downloads and user-uploaded assets.
  • Law enforcement: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
